We provide a marketplace for professional real-estate reports. You may:

• Browse, purchase, and download inspection, appraisal, and other reports.
• Upload your own reports to earn commissions on resales.
• Refer others and earn referral fees if they purchase.

3. User Accounts

Users must register with valid email and password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments & Commissions

All transactions are processed in USD. Fees and commissions are detailed on your Dashboard. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days’ notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All report content is property of the original uploader or provider. Your purchase grants a single-user license to view and download; no redistribution or commercial use without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any report content. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Back On Market Docs be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state you reside in (or Colorado, if outside the USA). Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located therein.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We’ll post the new “Last updated” date above.
