About the Role
We're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team and help grow BOMDocs' presence in Utah and beyond. You'll be responsible for building relationships with realtors, inspectors, appraisers, and other real estate professionals, helping them understand the value of our marketplace and growing our network of partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential partners (realtors, inspectors, appraisers, lenders)
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials and campaigns
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Provide feedback to product team based on customer insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in real estate or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry (Utah market preferred)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email)
- Create compelling content (blog posts, case studies, social media)
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and networking activities
- Collaborate with sales to develop lead generation campaigns
- Analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Build relationships with industry influencers and media
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or real estate
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools)
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics

About the Role
Join our sales team as an SDR and help identify and qualify potential partners for BOMDocs. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your sales career in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll work closely with our Senior Sales Representatives to build pipeline and help grow our network of realtors, inspectors, and appraisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential partners in target markets
- Outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social media
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Track and report on outreach activities and results
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience (entry-level welcome)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging blog posts, articles, and case studies
- Develop social media content and manage social media accounts
- Write email campaigns and newsletters
- Create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, one-pagers)
- Optimize content for SEO and search visibility
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on content strategy
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategy based on data
Requirements
- 2+ years of content marketing or copywriting experience
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with social media management
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, etc.)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Portfolio of writing samples required
