Commission Structure

How It Works

1. Sign Up: Create a Mortgage Lender account and copy your referral link from My Account
2. Share With Borrowers: Send your referral link when borrowers need appraisals or inspections
3. Track Performance: Review referral and commission activity in your account and dashboard analytics
4. Get Paid: Request payouts via Stripe Connect once you meet the minimum (admin Process at launch)

Appraisals & Supporting Docs

• Appraisals: Highlight licensed appraisal listings when borrowers are evaluating properties or preparing loan files
• Inspections & Scopes: Point borrowers to complementary reports already on the marketplace
• Clear Licensing: Buyers receive a limited license for their transaction—not free redistribution of the underlying PDF

Commission Disclosure

Partners who refer buyers may earn marketplace referral commissions on qualifying attributed purchases only. Disclosure: you may be compensated for referrals. Rates below are published defaults (subscribed / unsubscribed) by monthly attributed sales:

• Tier 1 (0–10/mo): 20% / 10%
• Tier 2 (11–50/mo): 22% / 12%
• Tier 3 (51+/mo): 25% / 15%

Commissions are not guaranteed, are not an investment product, and may reverse for refunds, chargebacks, or attribution errors. See Terms and Manage Subscription for plan effects.

Payout Onboarding

Commissions pay out through Stripe Connect (preferred)—not Venmo or informal peer-to-peer apps. Request payout from your dashboard when you meet the minimum; an admin Processes approved Connect transfers at launch. Automatic payouts at or above approximately USD $20 are on the roadmap (counsel/ops verify).

1. Sign up as Realtor, Mortgage Lender, or Uploader — or if you already have a User account, Become An Uploader without creating a new account
2. Contact Us to complete Stripe Connect payout account setup
3. Share your referral link from My Account
4. Request payout when eligible from your dashboard
