Report Owners & Uploaders
Not only inspectors—anyone who owns the document (author or prior lawful obtainer) can upload eligible PDFs—inspections, appraisals, bids, scopes, business quotes, receipts of service, engineering notes, and more—so true rates can be openly observed. On upload, you grant ownership to BOMDocs for marketplace licensing under our Terms.
- Uploader commission: when BOMDocs licenses a document you uploaded to a buyer, you earn a commission from 50% of the license price upward, depending on subscription and monthly sales volume.
- Referrals: share your personal referral link and earn referral commissions on qualifying purchases.

- Listings: if you own transaction-related PDFs, upload them—ownership transfers to BOMDocs for licensing—and earn the uploader commission when buyers license them.

- Appraisals: help borrowers find licensed appraisal listings alongside inspections and scopes.
- Referrals: share your referral link with borrowers or partners and earn referral commissions on qualifying license purchases (disclosure: you may be compensated; see Terms).
- Listings: if your organization owns eligible reports or scopes, upload them—BOMDocs licenses them to buyers and you earn the uploader commission.
